How to create your customer account?

To create a customer account on our site, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the character at the top right of the home page.
  2. Select “Create an account”.
  3. Fill out the form with your personal information: name, email address, and password.
  4. Click on “Create my account”.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to activate your account.

How to log in to your customer account?

To log in to your customer account:

  1. Click on the character at the top right of the home page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click on “Log in”.
  4. You will be redirected to your customer dashboard.

How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Sign into your account.
  2. Go to “My Account”.
  3. Click on “Change my password”.
  4. Enter your current password, then the new password.
  5. Confirm the new password and click “Save Changes”.
  6. You will receive a confirmation of your password update by email.

Order and track my order

How to order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse our site and add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
  2. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
  3. Check the items in your cart and click “Checkout”.
  4. Enter your shipping and billing information.
  5. Choose your payment method and enter the necessary information.
  6. Confirm your order by clicking on “Finalize order”.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order:

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Go to the “My Orders” section.
  3. Find the order you want to cancel.
  4. Click “Cancel Order” (if this option is available).
  5. If the cancellation option is not available, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request cancellation.

How do I change my shopping cart ?

To modify your cart:

  1. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page.
  2. You will see the list of your items in the cart.
  3. To delete an item, click the “Delete” icon next to the item.
  4. To change the quantity of an item, adjust the quantity.
  5. Once you have made your changes, you can continue your purchase or proceed to checkout.
